Oxford Property was exclusively appointed to manage the sales and marketing of Aerocorp Business Park, a landmark 82-lot industrial development strategically located in Keilor Park.
The project was designed to meet the needs of a broad cross-section of occupiers and investors, offering a mix of high-quality office/warehouses and standalone warehouses.
To further enhance the estate’s appeal, the developer incorporated an onsite café and restaurant facility, providing a unique amenity for occupiers and their clients.
Oxford Property crafted and executed a tailored project marketing campaign, which combined targeted off-the-plan sales, strong investor engagement, and proactive outreach to owner-occupiers.
This strategy created early momentum, with 75% of lots sold off-the-plan. The remaining lots were sold prior to practical completion, ensuring a complete sell-out and delivering a risk-free outcome for the developer.
The success of Aerocorp Business Park highlighted the demand for well-located industrial stock with added amenity, as well as Oxford Property’s capability to deliver premium results across large-scale projects.
