Our role began with assisting the client in acquiring the site, identifying it as an ideal parcel for the development of a large-format distribution facility. Working in collaboration with the developer’s architect, Oxford Property provided input to ensure the design was both functional and market-driven. The result was a state-of-the-art 3,400 sqm office/warehouse distribution facility, tailored to meet the growing demand for efficient logistics infrastructure.

Following concept to completion, Oxford Property managed the leasing campaign, leveraging our network of national occupiers and targeted marketing to generate strong enquiry. We successfully negotiated a five-year lease with a national company, delivering immediate rental income and securing long-term tenancy stability for the client.
