Oxford Property worked alongside the developer of 14–16 Lens Street, Coburg North, from the very beginning of the project lifecycle.
We initially assisted in sourcing and acquiring the site, identifying its potential for a strata-titled industrial estate in one of Melbourne’s most tightly held industrial precincts.
Following acquisition, we collaborated with the developer’s architect to refine the design and functionality of the development. This included input on creating flexible layouts that would appeal to both owner-occupiers and investors.
Once the design was finalised, Oxford Property led the project marketing campaign. Leveraging our market knowledge and extensive buyer database, we launched an off-the-plan sales strategy that quickly generated strong demand. 50% of lots were sold prior to construction, significantly reducing risk for the developer. The remaining lots were sold well before settlement, achieving a complete sell-out of the 8-lot project.
